On this page, we provide you with information concerning our prepayment and cancellation policies. Please ask prices through Booking Form.

• - Please, note, that a new daily tourist tax was introduced by the Greek Government on 1/1/2018. The new tax shall be paid directly by the Guests at their check out. The cost of this tax is 0.50 Euros per night, per room. The tax is not included in the price of the room. By confirming your reservation, you accept the tax as well.
• - Breakfast, on request, costs 8€ per person and served in the room.
• - Baby cot, on request, is free of charge (0-2 years old).
• - Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
• - Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1, except of traditional studio.
• - Check-in time: after 15.00 /Check-out time: before 11.00

In order to consider a reservation firmed a 30% deposit is required via credit card (Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Maestro) or bank swift at the following Bank Account:

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
• For cancellations and modifications later, a penalty equal to 50% of total stay will be applied.
• In case of no show, a penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied.
• In case of early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied.
• For rates marked as “Non-refundable”, we require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the booking which is non-refundable and the booking non-changeable.
